Quality Control - Ensuring Every Ski Garment Delivers Safety, Comfort, and Durability
We implement multiple quality control mechanisms throughout the entire production process to ensure that every ski jacket, ski pants, snowboard suit, and thermal underwear consistently performs its intended purpose.
1. Fabric and Accessory Inspection
All fabrics and accessories must undergo testing for key parameters such as color fastness, tear resistance, water resistance, and environmental standards before entering storage to ensure stable and reliable performance of the base materials.
2. Sample Approval Process
Each order undergoes sample review and physical sample confirmation before production begins. Buyers can participate in the design, size, and functional testing process to ensure consistency with expectations.
3. In-Line Quality Control
Professional QC personnel on the production line conduct real-time monitoring of details such as stitch uniformity, seam strength, and the heat-pressing strength of waterproof strips to prevent batch-to-batch process deviations.
4. Functionality Testing
Ski jackets and pants must undergo cold weather testing, water repellency testing, zipper smoothness testing, and hood adjustment testing before shipment to verify outdoor wearability.
5. Final Product Inspection
All finished products undergo final inspection according to international AQL standards, covering over 30 criteria including appearance, size, stitching, and accessory strength, ensuring that every product leaving the factory meets the required standards.
6. Packing and Labeling Verification
Verify product size, style, and customer labeling requirements before packaging to avoid returns or delays due to incorrect packaging during shipment.
